I am fairly new to weightlifting and hope that it will stay a part of my life. I am 25 but have been inactive since high school really. I do occasionally surf and other random sportlike activities but until recently have been just kind of idle. I am tired of being 6'2" at 170lbs. So several months ago I purchased a cheap workout bench and some weights and have been using them since. I found this board surfing and it has a ton of info that I can use. My job is going to South Korea next year so I should have plenty more time to workout and pursue a fit physique along with furthering my education.
