While on juice and D-Bol what day do i take a break from it, or i dont. Im taking 2 shots of 250mg Sust a week and 400mg of Deca, and 30 mg a day of D-Bol, is there any day where i shoulf stop taking D-Bol or i just take it all days.

The purpose of dbol is nitrogen retention, take it daily until your period for dbol is over (4-6 weeks usually).
