I only just saw this and thought I should introduce myself.
I live in edmonton where I go to university. I am right now in physiology although I think i might transfer to immunology as my goal is to go to med school after getting my degree and I think immunology would be more usefull for the kind of stuff I want to do.
I only really serously started working out a year ago (I had before then but hadnt yet figured out diet and how to lift to maximize gains). last year I went on a bulking program which ended up taking most of 8 months to get from 200 to 230.
My lifts at that point where small but good for an all natural
my military press was
150 pounds (total)- dumbell (8 reps)
bench was also 150 (total) pounds -dumbell.
I did 160 (again total weight) on the cable fly
Now I am down to 200 after cutting all summer
my military press is
30 pounds (ouch I know)- a shoulder injury keeps me from going any higher
Bench is
90 (total)-dumbells
The only thing which wasnt destroyed was my pec dec strength
which is 250 for 8
Umm thats all I have to say about myself

Ive just started a new diet. I think its nearly to 10cals/pound but maybe less. Ill try and get some before and after pics up. I find it impossible to not gain a ton of fat when I bulk. So I usually get really big and strong and then get really small weak but cut. Any suggestions besides injecting 500mg of test a week? (something that I probably wouldnt rule out but right now is impossible). My current goal is to get to 180, 8% or 9% bf by summer (man i havent been that light since 10th grade!).
