so im wondering if i should start the cutting process or the bulking process???
im 5'11/ 175lbs. Wishin i had a better camera, but as u can see i still got a bit of a belly. I used to do a lot of bulkin for lacrosse in high school... a lots changed since then.
im just wondering what would be best for my build? cut down now, then bulk up later? or the other way around?
Im on a steady 4-5 day a week gym routine along with 'bout 3 days of cardio. been stickin to this for about a year now. im open for advice.....
thx,
sli
oh, and im workin on gettin a camera so i dont have to post these crappy pics...

I would do a clean bulk. By keeping it clean you will probably lose some bodyfat as well but gain mass

In the sticky I mentioned above, there are a few diet examples on a clean bulk. TP's carb cycling bulk and another one by DP & w8lifter. Also, in there describes how to set up a bulk.
A clean bulk consists of slower burning carbs like Brown Rice, SP, Oats, etc..... instead of junk carbs like white bread, sugar cereals, etc. Also, don't forget EFAs and lean proteins.

What are your bulking plans?
Posted by: sli
im basically going to follow w8's bulking with slow burners plan...it seems to fit me well. since i weigh approx. 175 now. i think this plan will work great for me. the only thing i am going to change is the eggs at meals w/ lean beef or chicken. oh and ill drop the serving sizes by an ounce or so and see if that suits me well..also, is there something else i can use in place of creatine? or is that highly reccomended for this plan?

Sounds good I can take a look at your meal plan once you have it layed out if you wish.
No you dont have to use creatine if you choose not too. I don't recall the plan saying to use creatine though
