Im new here but Ive been reading some of your posts for awhile. I got a question that some have sort of ask already in here but I would still appreciate some help or advice.
I weigh about 175. Im not really overweight but I do have a little too much fat I think. I havent been eating too great the past couple months. Anyway, I was wondering if I do a cutting diet that Ive seen on these boards would I still be able to get a nice lean sixpack cut look or do need to gain more? Im wary about doing any bulking diets at the moment because Ive gained to much uneeded fat recently and I would just like to enjoy a low bodyfat percentage in time for summer. I have muscle because I do lift quite a bit but I want more definition for sure. I was thinking maybe cutting down for a bit and then later on bulking up after the summer maybe. I dont know, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well, my height is about 5'11'. umm, i try to eat about six times a day when im eating healthy. Body fat % is probably between 12 -15%. Not sure, i havent measured for awhile. Are those the kinda stats you lookin for? Thanks for the links by the way.

Well if you want more mass then I would bulk. You will gain very little if you cut.

can u see your abs ?????? because 12-15 %bf is not bad man, most "normal" people have 18-21 % BF and you r 5'11 (just like me ) it that all is correct than if i were you i would bulk up a little , but not BurgenKing style

Yeah, my abs are somewhat visible. I used to have a decent sixpack but as of late Ive just let myself go a bit. Im not fat by any means and my body fat may be above 15 but I dont think by much if it is. Anyway, I think I will try to bulk up. My only worry is gaining to much fat (obviously). I hate getting thicker in the face and I hate love handles. Some of Jodi's links look good there. I'm gonna need to sit down and figure out exactly how Im gonna do this. Any advice is always appreciated.
