6000 calories.. That beautiful. It's semi-difficult. Especailly trying to intake good foods. Good luck, maybe a weight gainer.

You want her to eat 3000 cals I highly doubt she needs 3000 cals. What are her stats?
6000 Cals is probably too much for you to start with as well. What are your stats?

not excatly 3000cals for her more like 2000-2500 but along my diet to keep it affordable for us both to do this

im 6'4" weight 150lbs 21yrs old no real workout plan atm but i do rollerblade bout 3miles aday kinda need help with planing a workout diet im just tryin to figure out whats workin for me right now im tryin to get it to where meals are split even 40% protein 40% carbs and 20% fat unless some one says i need to change it body fat i would guess 10% or less

I gather that at 6'4" and 150lbs that you are an extreme ectomorph and have a seriously hard time gaining weight.
I would like to see your current meal plan and I think starting at 4500-5000 cals would be good for you to start just to get your body use to it then every few days increase until your putting on 1.5-2lbs per week. Your girlfriend can go on the same 40/40/20 ratio and eat the same foods as you however, depending on her stats, she will be ALOT and I mean ALOT less than you.
Please post your current diet and we can go from there.

yep that bout sums me up but for her does she need to eat less at meal time or eat less meals?

I can't tell you how much she should eat without her stats. AND even at that, its trial and error. Also, does she workout?

ok here we go shes 5'2 165lbs eats same kinda food as me just less meals she dosent work out do to workin 2 jobs but after holidays im hoping to get her started can u recomend a work out for her plzzzz womans body and work outs i have no clue on

Women shouldn't work out any differently than men. She can lift with you it will just obviously be lighter in weight than what you can handle.
UNTIL she is working out, I would suggest to start with 1800-1900 cals per day for her. Once she starts working out, this should be increased.
