Another Swole thread

Just curious about how long you all took Swole before noticing results. I've been using it for a week now and don't really see a difference compared to the San V12. I took about a week and 1/2 off between the V12 and Swole. I'm not saying it isnt working...it defnitely is! It just doesnt seem significantly better than the V12. Is the only difference the manufacturers claim that Swole doesnt have to be cycled???

Mood changes??? I've never experienced this with any creatine product. Swole? Is that pump? I'll sit tight and hold off on my judgements. I'm sure I was spoiled by the V12 since the difference was so drastic compared to regular creatine.

I understand that you were saying they were happy moods...just confused because I've never seen this effect from Creatine. I definitely didnt feel any mood changes from the V12.

Babsie has discussed the mood elevation with me before. I never experienced that from Swole, but I am always in a good mood anyway (no, really). I felt the training affects of Swole rather quickly....I'd say three days for me.

I'm a little skeptical (as with most things) of the mood elevating potential of creatine, but we'll see. I dont feel like the strength and pumps are any better than I got with the V12. I'll give it time and see what happens.

Babsie. What is in swole that gives you a happy mood?

Took my first dose of swole tonight. It arrived on my doorstep shorty after work.

It sure is a small scoop. Dosent seem like that would be enough to do anything.

I got the sweet tart punch. It was quite a treat. Taste just like fruit punch and I haven't had juice in a long time. MMMMMMMMMM

damn, im so f'n jealous... I want some SWOLE!!! I'm at a hotel in St Louis for the next two weeks, so I'm making my Mom buy me some for Christmas!!! (no, I'm not a little 16 year old that lives with my mom, I live on my own and am 25, BUT!!! she still buys me presents!!!!! woohoo!)

First day on the swole. Didnt see to much which is expected it is only one day. I got a painfull headache while working out tonight it probablly has nothing to do with swole though. I hope I get the same results as evryone else.

Most people won't feel any workout effects until maybe a week. Like I mentioned, it took about three days for me, which is on the short end. I doubt the Swole has anything to do with your headache. Everyone gets the occasional headache while lifting (sucks, don't it?).

i just started swole yesterday. this morning was my second dose because i got it pretty late yesterday but there was some white stuff that didn't dissolve. i added more water and it still didn't dissolve. then i just drank it and started to feel sick for like 30 min after i drank it and my throat felt like it was on fire. what's up with this? i just hope the stuff that didn't dissolve was the creatine.
