WORST service I ever had

I just wanted to post anexperience I had with MUSCLEOUTLET.COM.

THE WORST F*&KING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

I have ordered from a ton of online companies & I have never had a worse experience. First I don't get an online confirmation, from a company named Supplement Shack. I never heard of the company so I called & it was muscle outlets parent company. I'm OK with it....I ordered the 240cc VPX one test from them....

& never got it. It has been almost 2 weeks & nothing.

I called after week 1 & their customer service department refused to answer my questions. They said that they were only open from 9am- 6pm eastern standard. I live in Cleveland & I called them at 4pm. I told them that it is 4pm & they respond with "call monday after 9am". I told them that I am calling during business hours & got the same reply.
SO I call the next day & same thing, "call after 9am on Monday". I called like 4 times & same exact answer every Fu@kin' time. So finally I call to cancel my order & they guy tells me no? Says it has been shipped. I ask for a UPS tracking number, says he won't give me one? FInally after a ton of hold time he tells me he'll go ahead & refund my card. I aks if he has an order number...says no. Says he'll do it personally & that should be good enough for me. I ask his name he says Kal & hangs up on me.

I just want to let others no that this shit aint right. I'll pay more & order from 1fast400. Service is important.

I'm now going thru that same exact thing with xlr8sportsnutrition, this company flat out sucks. I purchased my product on the 22nd of Nov. and I have yet to receive what I've paid for.

I've sent so many e-mails about my ordered until they finally decided that they were going to send it to me, it should come in tomorrow.

This was by far this worst service I've ever..ever..ever...ever received. Stay away!!!!!!!

I always take note of the companies that people mention (good & bad). If we don't make the right choices with our money, we allow shitty companies to prosper...F That! I work too hard for my money.

Everyone already knows this but dps nutrition was great. I got my order when they said I would. Check this out I ordered my supplement late sunday night and on the net it said that it was out stock the next day. They must have got a lot of orders and I checked first thing in the morning and my supp that I wanted went on back order. Since they ship the same day I called as soon as I could, and the lady was very nice and asked me if I wanted a diffrent flavor. Of course, I said yes and she said "it will ship today can I help you with anything else". Wow.

I knew that I ordered over thanksgiving and was wondering if ups was working the day after. I called dps and the person said yes ups is not working on the day after thanksgiving, you should get your order on this day, and it came the day they said it would.

Oh the reason I ordered from dps is because of this forum and all of the good service that was mentioned.

I have used 1fast400.com and the service has been great. I mean, I get the stuff so fast that it surprised me each time

Maybe we should start a "poor service" thread so others can learn who to watch out for. So far I've been lucky, but if a company ships UPS and doesn't provide a tracking number, that would throw up a flag in my mind...

Sighn up for a GNC gold card... It s like 15 or 20 dollars. Thats is basically what you would spend on 2-3 shipping charges. With this card you can get all your supplements at a discount. With this discount, it is cheaper than DPS. DPS is a ripoff. The whole point to shopping online is to get a GOOD CHEAP deal. DPS does not offer this IMHO.

IMO Gnc is terrible and they are not cheap. Even with the card they make sure nothing is on sale when you can use the card and you have to buy more than two to take advantage. Plus every single gnc is run by a franchise and they never can answer half my questions. I always get I have never heard of that supplement or Im not to sure on that question. Im not making fun of anyone beacause I myself Have been over weight and out of shape and how could you take any advice when the dude or girl is over weight and out of shape at the front counter. Makes no sense to me.

Sorry If I was harsh just sharing what I really feel.

LOL! yea, they are terrible and by no means cheap. I was stating that DPS is no better. I personally go to MC's Discount Nutrition here in SLC. MC(Mike Chance) is the owner and used to compete. He gives excellent advice and has great prices. I am lucky there is such a cool place near me

I don't know where you come up with your math, but it sounds screwy to me. That discount card don't knock off dick. What, an extra 20%?Woooooooo.... You may get a little more on "gold card week" or whatever they call it.

Not to mention GNC's selection sucks hind tit. Shipping for DPS is about 5.00. If you stock up and only pay 5.00 s/h, that is alot cheaper than what you pay in taxes at GNC.

Lebrada Lean Body runs about 32.00 for 20 packets at dps, it costs about 50.00 at GNC. Muscle Milk costs 19.99 at dps and 40.00 at GNC. These are just a few examples, but if you are getting anything cheaper at GNC, they must be discontinuing it.

I walked into a GNC tonight to see if there was anything priced decently there. The only way they can possibly stay in business is because of lack of knowledge. They are going to be screwed when people begin to understand just how cheaply they can get stuff online.

Nope never got a gold card from GNC. All that I get there is their creatine monohydrate. For the price I pay there, for the amount I get its not bad. Also, I was just stating my opinion... And that is that DPS sucks.

might as well jump right in. DPS beats GNC straight up. nothing personal but if you think that 15-20% off their high price is a great deal, then perhaps you deserve to shop at GNC.

There is something fishy about a person who slams DPS when just about everyone here has nothing but positive comments to make about them.

Thats fine you think that DPS is a good store. I dont shop there or GNC sooo... I also never said anything about GNC having great deals. What I did says is the whole point to shopping on the net is to get a GOOD CHEAP deal. Like I posted before, I go to MC's discount nutrition here in SLC, or I shop at Tigerfitness.com.

So I am fishy... What the fuck is the big deal...

Also I wasnt attempting to make a joke in my sig. A guy I know, his sister lives here in SLC. Anyway she was taking him some brownies and I stole one, she told him... and hence the quote.

GNC is geared towards people who have no other choice, don't know much about supplements, have far too much money, don't mind paying more, get suckered into the gold card( in which they are forced to buy in order to justify having the card in the first place ) or are those sort of people who never ask questions. It is a high end high mark up store. just about everyone in the industry knows this. they are in higher end upper scale malls. they are not called " discount GNC stores " or " a buck or two supplements ".

DPS- i emailed the guy and buddy got back to me in one day. I haven't bought jack from him ( although i intend to !).

the fishy comment - ah it doesn't matter- you dont seem to understand the statement. it actually is an idiom of some sort. ( English teachers a little help please?) something was lost in translation here as i didn't mean that you were fishy- in this context it means that not all is as what it appears from your comment. there may be some hidden intention apart from just saying that GNC is a good store and the other was bad.

as for your signature: talk about an obscure reference.!! almost always, people put some quote to which others can relate or at least know of in some context. you put an extremely personal sentiment known only to yourself and 2other people...

stay around. i didn't ask you to leave. No one did. Shop where ever you like to shop. it's your money. since you never made a specific mention of price comparison between DPS and GNC or wherever it is that you shop, you should have been prepared for the comments. it probably was just one specific item that you compared.

the shipping adds perhaps 2-5 % to your total depending on what you buy. if you buy a 10 dollar item then the 5 buck shipping charge certainly is going to be 50% charge on top of your purchase price. most people who buy from online stores don't just buy the one thing though.
anyway, have a good one.
