Hello...

I am in serach of any and all diet tips.. I already wk out and make real smart choices when I eat...So i am trained.. LOL. I would really appreciate on any diet tips to acheive a more leaner look...

My suggestion would be to start by reading the Sticky at the top of this forum or in my signature called Guide to Cutting, Bulking and Maint. You can learn about proper nutrition and figure out a plan that may work for you/

Breakfast: (8:30 am)
Wheat bread
1 yogurt

snack: (10:30 am)
med apple/ orange

Lunch: (1:30)
Turkey/ chicken breast
Spinach w/ tomato salad
LF soup


Snack: (4-4:30pm)
MetRX Protein shake

Wk out (5:45-7pm)


Dinner: (7pm)
chicken breast/ salmon / turkey Gr.Beef (xtra lean)
4 egg whites

10 pm
Protein shake

Well to start, you don't have enough protein, no clean carbs and no EFA's

What are your stats and goals?

Your not eating enough to feed a bird but we can fix that
