Recently I have started eating like a body builder is supposed to. 6-7 meals a day don't have it exactly planned but I try to make sure all is good food ie not junk and heaps of carbs as I am only about 145lbs and have a super fast metabolism.
I am stoked as im putting on weight but it seems to be appearing on my tummy - my abs are dissapearing. Am I doing something wrong or is this just what has to happen until I get to a good weight and decide to cut?

I sort of wonder the same thing myself. I'm eating an approved (thanks to Jodi) meal plan even, and I see my abs getting less defined, and I'm not noticing any overall muscle growth. Perhaps small guys like us have to actually put on "weight" in the traditional sense first

My diet is not set, I eat every two hours though. I try to include lots of smoked fish, tuna and 2-3 protein shakes a day. Pasta and rice are also favourites of mine, but there is definently not a set diet plan as living with my parents I often just have to eat whats in the house. Also my shake is 50 carbs 50 protein.

Any help would be much appreciated jodi!

you should try and be consistent with your diet, if you're in fact eating good, clean foods, then obviously your calories are a bit high if you're gaining fat, however keep in mind that on a "bulk" it's okay to gain a little extra fat.
