. I visited my mother today, and she was eating tuna-the smell, gross, I cant even begin to tell you how icky I felt by the SMELL. And, driving today i was downing a nectar shake-I mean downing it. Every gulp, ewwwww. I need some help with variety. PLEASE post your fav recipe or food dish/prep. I need some variety! The only meal that appeals to me would be protein pancakes.

Im gonna have chicken cooked in lemon juice and pepper. Havent had that for a while.
Or chicken with salad and low cal dressing.
