I am on a long road back to a fit body after partying most of my 20's away. Man, that was fun but it is time to move on. I am turning 30 soon and want to be in the best shape I can reasonbly attain. I recently started the induction phase of the Atkins to try an lose as much FAT as possible and retain muscle. It was the most avail. Keto diet I could find at the time. I have went from 270~278 down to 258.8 in about three weeks, lifting and some stationary cycling for excersise, and have lost 2% bodyfat.
After considering semipro football for several years I have decided to train for next season. These are some of the goals I have set, please give any advice, comments, critisizms you may have.

Bench--------------315-325-----------400+(dream of 500)
Squat--------------405 for 5 reps-----As much as possible!
40yd dash--------6.0(*&#~ slow! ) < 5.0 sec.(used to run 4.5)
Currently working a body part a day. Lower reps. More weight.
Some cardio. Will start adding speed drills when I get the chance.
Would like to find some people with similar interests(getting in shape and adding strength and muscle) and thought this would be a good place to look.
