Hi im taking u guys advice and im reading as much as i can aout body uilding and weight lifiting..i come across something on dynmaic tentishon and i dont understand wht it is so i was wondering if u lot coud inlighten me?. i think its pushing agasint ur self for periods of time. is that right? and what sorta results can you get from doing it?

Static would be pushing against a non-moveable object, ala Charles Atlas.

I am assuming dynamic is flexing the muscles while pushing through space, which some martial artists use instead of weights.

I am going to assume you mean dynamic effort as in the westside style. This is where you use bands or chains with your lifts. It is dynamic because there is more tension generally at the top of the lift than there is at the bottom. I would love to try this one day when I have the facilities to do so.
