Hi im a beginer to all this and im reading and learning
im 15 and ive lerant tht u need alot more proteins food when ur training becuase thats what builds musles correct??
any ways i was just wondering if any one could list me foods that contain alot of protein in them?

ar jodi quick question bout eggs.
on telly u see ody builders drinking them raw, is this safe and do u still get protein if there cooked?

I always cook my eggs but the chances of semonella is rare.

I think the scene from Rocky when sly drinks the raw eggs is sick, but if you look closely he spills two eggs down his jumper and when we wipes his mouth he looks about ready to heave.
BTW I have this really cool gadgets at home, you crack the egg whites into these egg sized and shaped cups, micro from 1.1/2 and you have perfect boiled egg whites, tried poaching them but that made me gag.

I was watching a program about Arnie the other day and it said that he used to eat 8 eggs for breakfast, when I got advice from my doctor he said that he adviced against it because it could make me constipated, and that four eggs over one day is enough. Any pointers?
