Dextrose

I was thinking about starting to take dextrose to help with creatine tranport, how much dextrose is recommended to be taken for best results? Also, i want to add the carbs in with it as well as my protien, any suggestions on foods to eat, or something to take for best results with these?

The dextrose is your carbs

As far as the amount, I believe people use from 35-50G Dextrose. But don't quote me on that. I don't spike my insulin

The normal for myself is between 50 and 75 grams after weightlifting days and maybe 35 grams on off days

guidelines for your during/post workout shake
carbohydrate(in form of dextrose) = 0.8g-1.0g/kg bodyweight
protein (in form of whey)= 0.4g/kg bodyweight

Only 47g if you also add 50g protein.
