i was wondering after i finish my cycle of animal stak(dont crap my thread saying its bad) i am going to start cutting, i read on the label for nitric oxide that it wont work with high levels of glutamine. so i was wondering what supplement do you think would be more beneficial to start taking first when i start cutting glutamine or nitric oxide?

btw i am about 6', 190 lbs, 13-15% bf

you should always be using glutamine imo... although I've been reading alot of NO... although, I am under the impression the Glutamine would be better for the long run.

Neither will help you cut. Glutamine may be beneficial in helping to retain muscle mass when dieting.

Simply balance it out.

High level of Glutamine would probably be 30g plus on any given day.

NO2(nitric oxide) Supplements are great for pumps and neither one should affect your cutting cycle, so long as you keep your diet in check. Try adding in a thermogenic such as Liquid Clenbutrx or Green Tea extract, or ECA stack.

Good Luck

i read in muscle and fitness in an article abou nitric oxide that it has been shown to reduce body fat by 2-4% without changing diet and/or cardio excercise in one month
