Well I was going thru some stuff and I read that you went on a TKD and lost a lot of FAT and now you wanna bulk. I want to do the same thing and I have some questions for ya. BTW I am 5'10" and 185 down from 220. I want to get down to 170.
What did you start out at?
What are you now?
How did you structure your TKD?
What supplements did you take?
Should I take creatine if I am trying to cut?
Sorry to ask so many questions but you seem like you can answer them. THanks!!!

- i did not have to loose a lot, i just wanted to loose those 10 lbs. that i couldn't get rid of before i learned about reduced carb eating. i have been eating low carb for a few months prior to doing the TKD after reading atkins books, and i liked that i could maintain my weight without feeling hungry at times (which i used to be, i just kept diciplined to prevent weightgain). i guess i will continue eating low carb as i did before doing the TKD to stay as lean as i am (i had asked others opinions on the best way to do so on a recent post, just to see what else might work well)
- i went from 165 lbs to 155 lbs in a month. it would probably have been more, had i had a lot to loose, which i didn't
- i ate bodyweight x 10 calorie wise, keeping carbs to 15g/day, the rest protein and fat at a ratio 1:1.5
- before training i took 5g dextrose per every 2 sets performed in 16oz water w/10g creatine and 10g glutamine
- after training i took whey protein w/water
- i took EAS betalean and syntrax guggul bolic (to stimulate thyroid gland and prevent metabolism slowdown to play it safe)
