Hi, just wanted to take a peek and check out the forum. I'm not new to the world of fitness. I've been involved in some kind of sport, all through out my school years and after. Took a break after school, then watched the weight gain invade my living. Now, after about two years of watching what I eat and excercise, I've lost around 30+ lbs. I don't look at the scales. Never have, but I go by pant size. I lost a total of six pant sizes! I have an athletic build. Probably from all the sports... Most think I lift weights, but I don't. Looks can be deceiving. I would, although, like to start. The hard part is HOW to get started. I'm a little on the DUH side when it comes to working out. All I know is cardiovasular gets rid of fat. I have to admit, I've slacked off a bit on the cardio, but plan on starting back up. I can't stand to think about all the hard work I did, just to gain it all back. It's like a late bill and the collection agency keep calling me to remind me of my lateness! (i know nothing of that! ) Well, that's a little about me. If you got any questions or comments, feel free to respond. I'm a open minded person, so...
sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will not hurt me...
