If you mix proteinpowder in fluid and leave i be for a while the protein chains break down into free peptides. And they get absorbed faster.

hmm I have never heard this before.. interesting. personally I dont like to mix my protein ahead, prefer it fresh in the blender, except postworkout I just add water and shake
