I'm sold on the idea of adding non-whey to my list of supplements, based on personal experience, and also due to a thread I read here. What is the best(cheapest source) of it? Am keeping 2/3 of protein whey, and 1/3 non, for night-time, as suggested in a related thread(thanks Tank).

Why would you want to drink all your meals? 2/3 of your meals are from whey?

Cheaper than whey? Whey concentrate is about as cheap as it gets. Egg is pretty expensive. Micellar casein is even pricier. Regular calcium caseinate is comparable to whey.
