I'm going to take 900mg a day, thats 3 pills which is the given serving, for 3 weeks. I've heard it is more effective to take at night. Is this true? And if it is, should I still be like 1 pill during the day, 2 at night or something? Thanks

3 caps is 300 mg I believe, not 1 cap. You should take it all at night because that is when estrogen activity is highest.

Correct, 3 caps is 300mg. I had to check my bottle, scared me for a bit, I thought I was taking way too much.

haha sorry man I must have been looking at serving. I'll take 3 at night then. Pepper, it depends on weither its post cycle, or your doing it alone i believe. Someshit like that.

I had good results, meaning my libido snapped back, kept most of mine gains, and leaned out by doing:

600 mg per day week 1
500 mg per day week 2
400 mg per day week 3

Take the entire dose with your evening meal.
