Please forgive all of my "newbie" questions, but are their any benifits to consuming more protein on training days than on off days? or should it be just a constant amount through-out?

Id keep protein consumption stable, dont forget that even on rest days your growing.. that is when your muscles are rebuilding. On workout days rather than having the extra protein make sure your getting in adequte amount of complex carbs to fuel your workouts.

Thanks for that atherjen, is there a certain amount of carbs you should consume per lb body weight as you do protein or is their no set amount?
