I seriously cant vote on anything.

My meals as of today...

Oatmeal for breakfast.
Snickers bar for a snack during class.
Chips Ahoy cookies and pretzles for lunch.
Can of Schweepes ginger ale.

Yeah....what is that under?

I follow a high protein,medium fat,low carb plan...keeps me lean all offseason and the gains in mass consistent.On the weekends I will have 3 big cheat meals...fri nite,sat nite,sun nite....other than that,all clean food...
