Help with meal #3, and #5 please?

'ello. I eat 5 meals a day, but meal's 3 and 5, which are exactly the same, were a touch low in calories.
Here's what they currently are:
1/2 cup slow oats
1.5 scoops whey
1 TBS nat. PB
------------------
1 whole egg (hardboiled)
The egg is what I'm proposing adding. Adding one whole egg to 3 & 5 means I'll be having 4 whole eggs in one day, but the ones I eat are Omega 3&6 enriched, with only 1.1 grams of sat. fat each.
That would bring (using fitday's calc, and packaging information) the meals' calories to an even 500 (I used fitday's "oats, raw" for the oat measurement)
Total daily caloric intake would then be: 2482 calories - perhaps over 2500 by a little on some days if I have a little more brown rice
My weight: 135 pounds
Macro:
Pro: 238 grams
Carb: 200 grams
Fat: 82 grams
For my weight (on a *clean* bulk) this should be sufficient I think, and would net me about 200 calories more than I currently take in (seeing not much result right now). All the protein is lean, the carbs come exclusively from flax bread, raw oats, brown rice, or yams. Fat comes from omega 3&6 eggs, flax oil, nat. PB, etc. Only about 10 to 15 grams of that fat is saturated I believe, and those 10 to 15 grams are well divided up during the day.
The calories are pretty evenly divided up, except for meal 4 which is pretty large - I find I really can't get along without at least *one* "meal" sized serving per day. Meal 4 is about 650 - 750 cals (meal #4 is a medium chicken breast, turkey+Chicken sausage, brown rice, and a large salad), where as the others are all about 500 or so even.
Cheers for any feedback

My suggestion instead would be to make the protein 2 scoops and add some fish or flax oil to up the fat a bit more.

Ah.
Protein powder isn't cheap here, heh. A 5 lb. tub is nearly 50$ here in Canada, and that's even with "consumer shopping". And no thanks, I'm not going to order online. Credit cards are evil, and the next university term has pretty much maxed it out anyway
Perhaps add half a tablespoon of flax (minus the egg, that brings the fat to 15 or 16 grams)
Is the extra 11g (half a scoop) of protein essential? I'm already pulling in 238 grams a day, which is nearly 2grams per pound already.
Everything else look ok BTW (daily calories.macros?)
Thanks ever so much again. A veritable font of information you are

No the extra protein is not essential if your already getting enough. Just add the fish or flax oil then to increase your cals and EFA's

Excellent, excellent.
As long as my daily macros look ok to you (they're at the bottom of my first post) then I'm set.
Cheers again, who knows what we'd do without you

No problem.
However, if you are not gaining, I would continue to add a few hunderd cals every few days until you start seeing results and I would start by more carbs next time.

More carbs eh? Though 200 might have been good enough, heh.
Alrighty, I'll give it a week, and see what happens.
I'll be back if I still look the same
Thanks again.

I'll be gone soon until after the new year so if you need help just let Dante, Funky or Leslie know.
