Currently I am a 6 '4 32 year old who weighs 230LB. I max bench 250LB and will be starting squating and deadlifting shortly. I have been leg pressing max 600 LB since it is hard for me to squat at 6'4 unless I do an extreme wide stance squat without a block.
I will try again though.
