Is all the fat really saturated? That seems kind of high. The cholesterol seems high too. What protein is this?

I use Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (Chocolate). The nutrition for it can be found here - http://www.dpsnutrition.net/product_...1083&last=1083

i am using ISS pro M3, i just happen to see this in the store and it made me curious. also as you can see i can't really read labels that well what i should be looking for.

oh i guess there was conflicting data on the label here it is again, i guess the website i got it off of was not right. direct from the label. does the fat really matter if i am bulking?

calories 125
cal form fat 15

20 Cal from fat is only about 2 grams of fat, that's not much really.

-each gram of fat has 9 Calories of energy thus 2 grams is 18 Cal's

also
-each gram of protein is worth 4 Cal
-each gram of sugar (carb) is worth 4 Cal

This is why fat is such a good way for the body to store energy, gram for gram fat has 2.25 X the am't Cal as carbs.
