....no weights, no cardio, no physical activity other than spending time with my family and walking around the mall doing Christmas shopping and whatnot. Still gonna eat clean, but was wondering what input any of y'all would have on what ratio I should use. The past three days I've been going on 50-75g max on carbs, 220g protein, 90g fat, which comes out to about 2000 cals at 44/15/40 (I'm 5'11", 170, 8% body fat on a bulk). I'm a little carb-phobic when I'm not doing intense physical activity. Any suggestions?
Peace.

I am also taking 12 days off this through the 29th, to rest and recuperate. I can also understand your hesitation to blow your diet, but the way I work is, I am strict, and really strict for 11 weeks at a time, then take some time off, including diet, and go back to balls out training when returning, just relax and have fun while off the cycle, enjoy, the real work begins soon.

As long as your carb choices are clean then don't worry about. Stick with your standard ratio just cut cals to a maintenance level or you could also incorporate a few days with really low carbs to help balance
