is my diet good?

my metabolism has been dead for a long time, considering this i have started with the 10 x bodyweight. I am also doing the 50,30,20 diet which 50 protein, 30 carbs, and 20 fat. I am very high in fat bodyweight and i am exercising 5 days a week. I also try to not eat carbs on my last meal. Anyone have a suggestion???? I

1 can salmon 0 carbs
30 protein
1.5 fat
1 mansion tortillas 29 carbs

Meal 3

4 egg whites
4 oz chicken breast 44 protein
1 mansion tortillas 29 carbs

Meal 4

6 oz chicken 48 protein
salad

Sorry, Im lazy, what do those total up to, calorie and Macro wise? Whats your current bodyweight? Those questions aside, you look fairly low on fat, I would add 10-12g of fish oil in with your meals.

Why just tortillas as your main carbs? No rice or spuds in there.... Myself I would get rid of the tortillas and do sweet potatoes or brown rice.

If your trying to drop weight, do cardio first thing in the am on an empty tummy, at least 30 mins. Change the cardio up each time so your body does not get use to the samething. Also, if it were me, I would cut carbs out after 2pm and only have them with my meals one and three (which would be breakfast and lunch for me). Unless your having a heavy training day, then have them afterward.
