I've been on OTC meds for over a month now, bro-

Sounds so familiar. Even me who takes vitamins like candy, that little villian still managed to get through to me . All my zillion pills I take each night did not help at all. That is the sad thing.
I take vitamin C, zinc, magnesium, A, D, garlic, B-12, selenium, and E every night. This is in addition to creatine and L-Glutamine during my daily workouts... The SOB still came through . So the point is...don't feel bad. You just have to let the bad boy run its cycle I'm affraid. Hell and I even got my flu shot too

When I turned 18 halfway through the year in grade 11 (I started kindergarten a year late because my parents moved when I was young & had to wait until the following fall so I was always a bit older than everyone else).
