but its not to bad. It looks to me like you got things down prety good if its only your first month of training man, all you need to do now is get a good diet and train hard and most importantly rest alot, 48 hours is not to much time to rest, but i dont know, like i said everyone is different....... good luck man you sound like you r going to make it, just give yourself time and dont take anything else till you "max out " your growth for now on the sups. you are taking
