Originally posted by Var V12 basically is Creatine. It's Tricreatine Malate and Glycocyamine (which I believe is the delivery system). I do cycle Creatine, but most will tell you its not necessary. Personally, I've had better results by taking time off from it after a few months of use. The label actually recommends taking time off "due to the potent nature" of the product. Not sure if that is marketing BS or not. |
