You are asking for someone to break the law by shipping something knowingly illegal, so that you can partake in an illegal substance.
I'm sure it must not seem like a big deal to you otherwise you wouldn't have posted, but it seems out of order to me even if I feel for your situation.
Where did you find that this product was illegal in California? I am not seeing any shipping warnings...

This product cannot be shipped to California.
I dont know if they could nab you for mail fraud (illegally shipping something, and illegal shipment over state lines, defrauding the post office by disguising the true contents of the package etc) when breaking the law over state lines, but if they could stick that to you that would put you in felony territory as well.

Well this company told me it wasnt illegal for private persons to ship this to a resident of california, only for a company who sells the actual product itself. They were probably just trying to get me to buy their product.
