ATM I am getting 21.9 g of protein from my powder ( three scoops in 300 ml of water) is it worth doubling the serving size to 42g? is it that too much protein for one meal?

You should increase the protein to between 30 and 40 grams on average but this all depends on your weight. Also, I would add some fat to your shake if not drinking it immediately after a workout. This will slow the protein intake in the body. Use natural peanut butter or an oil like flax or olive.

that depends on you and your personal protein/calorie requirements.
I try to get 35grams of protein per feeding.

my protein is 24g per serving (which is 1 scoop)
so i up it to 1.5 servings (one and a half scoops), which is 36g
you ain't gotta double it, you could just use a heaped scoop, or half a scoop extra or whatever to get your desired amount, over 40g i think is wasting your money a lil coz it won't all be absorbed
