Well i got my bottle today, and the label now says "Take one capsul per day". IM confused here because the last bottle said 1-3 capsul's per day.. spread out.
They are still 100mg per capsul... Im just not sure why they changed the dosage on this bottle apposed to my other one. Should I go on taking 300mg per day like before? Im doubting 100mg per day will do much....

more than likely they just wanted to be more conservative in reccomenations.....Alot of companies use very conservative directions...
