Granted I wasn't doing that when I got it but I am now. I need to get a better one. |
Originally posted by Mudge My bench used to tip over with anything over 200 pounds, I had to put plates on the bottom at the ends to stabalize it. I hate cheap benches, one of many reasons I go to a gym where stuff is screwed into the ground. For me to get any use out of that pulldown, I can almost gaurantee it will tip over that bench without question. Also, I cant use leg extentions on those machines without putting something under the bench as my legs just sit on the floor (long legs). I have a pullup bar at home: http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/02001.html |

Originally posted by Mudge It holds my phat ass with no trouble, it definitely is better than the type that fit in between the door frames. I give it a thumbs up. |
