I'm definitely not 10%... if i were to guess i would say around 14%... but i really have no idea... thing that sux is you can't just get lean where you want to... i feel a hell of a lot leaner in my upper body... but in my midsection and love handles it's a much slower process... i mean, i do see overall progress... but it's small and slow in coming...

it is pretty tough to tell someones body fat percentage by looking at a picture like that becasue everyone holds fat in different spots. You look pretty lean from the front but you may be holding some fat around you lower back, like I do, so that will throw you bf% off from what we can see. Some people hold more on their glutes and some hold more fat on their face. One of my buddis is at about 19-20% but he still has abs!!! He just genetically always has abs. It is really tough to tell but, you look like you are doing a great job man, keep up the good work.

I used that caliper I got from here and measure many different times in the correct spot and it said I had 12% bf. Theres NO way in hell I'm that low and I know I look nuttin like you heh. Your looking good though man keep up the good work.

2 days a week cardio... 30 minute sessions on the eliptical at about 75 RPM and distance ends up about 3.2 miles or whatever the measurement is on those things... after the 5 minute cooldown, 35 minutes total it ends up being close to 500 calories by the machine's calculations...
But, the only thing that really started DRASTICALLY changing my body was when I actually stopped cheating so much and really devoted myself to my diet... never going over 3 hours without eating something good... it's just completely changed me...
Funny, I used to read Jodi's posts and go... "this woman is crazy... she is way overdoing the whole diet thing" but she was soooo right... and I wished i would have started sooner... you know those adds where the guys like make crazy progress in a short amount of time... i can sort of understand it now... dieting makes so much of a difference... I'm still trying to perfect my diet... but I know it's really worth it...
I don't really have any pics before november 24th... not that show me without a shirt on or anything... I was too embarrassed... I fluctuate up and down around 175 now... I was at almost 210 Christmas 2002...

I'm gonna say 10-12%. You are pretty lean. You look like you are holding a little in the lower abs and love handles. A little Absolved and Lipoderm Ultra should work good for you!

I gotta give ya props here Mayo, lookin good my man.
I am at about 225lb right now, and I just started reading Jodi's posts and following a strict diet. You are 100% right, it changes you a lot. I have only been following the 5-6 meal plan for a week but already I feel better.
185lb is the goal by August, and I am doing little more than diet, cardio, and weights with high reps to get there. I hope I have as much success as you have.
