I just made up me a diet. I was planning on eating the same thing everyday. Is it OK to eat the same exact foods everyday?
I am trying to lose about 10 lbs. of fat, so this diet maybe a little much?

Here is what I was going to do.
Meal1 2eggs, oatmeal, protein shake
Meal2 2 cans Tuna and small salad
Meal3 8oz. catfish, 1 can Tuna
Meal4 Post workout shake
Meal5 8oz ground turkey breast w/habanero sauce (homadeand extremely hot) W/veggies (what ever is cooked).
Meal6 bedtime shake w/ 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

Any suggestion on diet would be nice.
without counting salad,dressing, sauce, veggies
cals 2058
fat cals 419
total fat 43.5g
carbs 97.5
protein 371.5

I think that's a terrible idea.

No single food contains all the nutrients you need to help the body work properly. So you have to eat a variety of foods to get the right amount. That's what is meant by the term "balanced diet".

By eating the same few foods everyday you severely limit the amount of nutrients your body needs to remain healthy and to grow.

You will also get bored and sick of eating the same things.

Eating the same foods over and over is also know to cause food sensitivities and food allergies.

So it really is in your best interest to opt for as much variety as possible.

I disagree... as long as his daily meals are giving him proper, balanced nutrition... then it's fine. Certainly there are some diets where that doesnt apply, such as Atkins, but normal diets which include adequate sources of protein, fat, carbs, fiber, and other supplements mean he could certainly continue eating the same thing every day. Look at some of the journals in the journal forum. There are quite a few people there who eat the exact same thing every day.

Of course, i'd agree that you'll probably get bored of eating the same foods every day. Just depends on how much willpower youve got.
