So you have to eat a variety of foods to get the right amount. That's what is meant by the term "balanced diet". By eating the same few foods everyday you severely limit the amount of nutrients your body needs to remain healthy and to grow. You will also get bored and sick of eating the same things. Eating the same foods over and over is also know to cause food sensitivities and food allergies. So it really is in your best interest to opt for as much variety as possible. |
