So what I generally do is drop weight til I plateau for a week or 2, and then hit up the supplements. Supplements are just that, something you use when you hit a wall and won't go any further. You will also notice the law of diminshing returns with supps, the more you use them, the less effective they are for you so waiting is generally a better idea. |
