I agree; the 6-OXO is essentially useless on-cycle (is better used post-cycle).

In what capacity do you find 6-OXO useful for the novice PH user, on-cycle?
Agreed regarding the "not enough of anything" statement.
For those new to PHs (which I hope I am correct in assuming you are), 1AD or 1-Test stacked with 4AD is the superior option, methinks.

Certainly to keep estrogen at bay (if that is a concern). As well, for making post-cycle recovery quicker and easier (hopefully).

Agreed that it will help to keep estrogen at bay, but I would not consider it optimal--I should have clarified: it is not useless, however there are better options on-cycle (formestane and such).
I am skeptical about the 2nd line of reasoning, though have at times employed it myself
