Glutamine, What Brand

Well i am going to buy glutamine after hearing about how good it is in aiding recovery, so does it matter what brand i take, what would you recommend. I was looking at the gel cap brands so i wouldnt have to worry about bad taste, thanks

Well a lot of people are going to tell you glutamine is useless..

But from Prince's suggestion I use EAS L-Glutamine and its pretty much tasteless so dont worry about taste.

I have been using glutamine from lebrada,Mixes well and can't taste a thing.

just go to gnc or nutrition depot etc and just buy plain glutamine...i always like mhp's effervesent(sp) glutamine

I use SportsOne Glutamine Peptides. I really have no idea whether its worth using or not, but I use it anyway. Some of the stuff I've read suggests the peptides are better than L-Glutamine. A tub of that stuff lasts quite a while, so I dont mind spending the $.

i used prolabs and optimuns both were good , also bought a pound from proteincustomizer.com, came to be about $37 shipped

i def think its worth using it has help me with recovery.

Geez....I just use the gel tabs...is there a big difference, like in concentration of it or something?

I buy mine at the Vitamin World outlet during member discount days....$6.66 for a bottle of 100 tabs of 500mg.

Well, thats only 50 grams per bottle, it should last you about 2 days

wow...am I really supposed to take that much? I just do a couple a day...no wonder I'm still not the Incredible Hulk! And I was hopin' to stand in front of my classes when school starts next week and intimidate them with a crunch the first day.

Dammit - now I'm gonna have to go out and buy those big stupid Hulk hands...
