training after ph cycle

This is a 2 part question. First of all, I am doing a 3 day split right now, Mon-Wed-Fri (chest/tri-back/bi-shoulders/legs). Im only getting aroun 18 sets in my work-outs. I have to keep it under an hour. Im getting ready to start my ph cycle next Monday. Should I up the sets im doing or should I try and hit every body part twice a week while on the cycle? Secondly, postcycle, should I go back down to the 3 day split and lower the weights and go higher reps to try and not break down as much muscle since my natural test will be shot?


One other thing, along with 6-oxo for post cycle, I was thinking of taking V12 and maybe even some zma. Sound good or just a waste of money?

while on cycle up the frequency of your workouts and lift heavy and hard. while off cycle go back to your 3 day split lift heavy but not to failure. 6 oxo good for post cycle and v12 would be fine too.
