New Lifting Schedule

I just changed jobs and am now able to lift with my buddy but he has a weird schedule I just wanted to know what everyone thinks about this routine he has It is a three week rotation. What U guys think?
Week 1
Mon=Chest, Bi’s
Tues=Back, Tri’s
Wends=Off
Thurs=Shoulder, legs
Friday=Chest, Bi’s
Week 2
Mon=Back, Tri’s
Tues=Shoulder, Legs
Wends=Off
Thurs=Chest, Bi’s
Friday, Back, Tri’s
Week 3
Mon=Shoulder, legs
Tues=Chest, Bi’s
Wends=off
Thurs=Back, Tri’s
