How long do you workout for ? what i mean is how many minuts and does this include streaching and warm up reps?how long do u rest between each set?

I try not to go longer than 45mins-1 hr. If you work out too much longer than that it can be detrimental to muscle gains.
This includes warmup sets, but not stretching. I stretch after working out. Rest between sets varies from week to week. Never more than a few minutes.

1 1/2 hours to 2 hrs. Rest is usually just untill y partner finishes or I get a drink. Would probably be shorter if it was just me w/o.

I like these times very much and in fact are just about exact to my times. it appears Arthur and I take the same break periods also going by his times which is approx 1 1/2 to 2 minutes between sets. 2 minutes on POWER week all other routines 1 1/2 minutes.
