although one suggestion/addition.. are you getting any carbs immediatly after training?

I think that you might enjoy that sort of diet! works very well

Weekends are fun again.
I think it was the many peanuts that made me feel full. I should make sure not to wait so long between meals so I am not starving and overeat.

breakfast today was the usual oatmeal w/ one scoop PP.
someday when I have better living arrangments.
