It's a pec-deck basically. It's good for a change from freeweights every once in a while.

I am not noticing a huge change in my body, Jenny, definitely feel leaner but my #1 goal is to build muscle and I have to accept that that will come in time.
I definitely feel much better overall though, more even energy levels and better positive attitue.
