Just got word of this site from a friend. I have tons of questions to ask and a lot to learn. Looks like a good site. I need to work on my body building. I'm a 6'0 168 lbs. 17 year old. I've been lifting for about a year now, but i need better results. The site looks like its going to be very helpful.
