Luckily, this went on sale or I would have never known it was white tuna. Don't miss out on it.
Tongol Chunk Light Tuna. It's the Safeway (a grocery store) Select brand. Here in Maryland, USA it's 79 cents a can. Even though the can says it is Chunk Light Tuna, when you open it up, it's not the cheap dark meat kind. It's just like Albacore and way cheaper. 35g of protein, 350mg of sodium.
Attention Marylander's: Keep off. It's all mine.

are they small cans? my cans of tuna have 28-30g protein each.

Yeah, I shouldn't have wrote that. I wasn't clear. It's 2.5 servings so it is 35g of protein. I will edit the above.
now that is a good buy then!
