Can anyone help me with my diet ?

Hey everyone,
Im new to the forum and need some help with my new diet plan.

I hope you understand what I typed out.


My weight: 74 kilos
163 lbs

Height : 5.7,5,8
Age : 18 going on to 19 this year

Want to do cutting plan

(Cut - 10-13 cals per lb of bodyweight)

Around 1900 cals needed to feed body

1 apple fat (0.5g=4.5 cal) (carb 21 g=84 cal) (calories 81) (pro 0.3 g=1.2 cal) calories all up 170x2=340cal 2 apples a day
1 carrots fat (0.1g=0.9 cal) (carb 7.3g=29 cal) (calories 31) (pro 0.7 g=2.8 cal) calories all up 63
3 bits broclea fat (0.8g=7.2 cal) (carb 13 g=52 cal) (calories 74) (pro 7.9 g=31 cal) calories all up 164
1 cucumber fat (0.4g=3.6 cal) (carb 8.3g=33 cal) (calories 39) (pro 1.5 g=6 cal) calories all up 81x3=243cal 3 cucumbers a day
1 banna fat (0.4g=3.6 cal) (carb 30 g=120 cal) (calories 124) (pro 1.6 g=6 cal) calories all up 253

Weights lifting for 1 hour every second day or everyday

Running 3 times a week on weight lifting off days

Computer work for 8 hours everyday pretty much

1,220 cal

Doing nothing(sleeping and sitting)

1,600 cals

3264 cals burned in a day or more,im not realy sure if i worked it out all correctly.)


{It feels like I have done it wrong,should i work out how maney carbs and fats I need ? if so how would i do it ?}

{Im not sure on how much bodyfat I have but i think maybe 15%,20%}



Im not taking any protein drinks anything like that accept things like omega 3,vitamin C,vitamin B complex,chlorella,Gt formula,mineral matrix,executive multi
I dont want to be huge but nice meduim muscle build what i kinda already have,just need to burn more fat and build some more muslce.

Can Anyone give me some help or see anything I done wrong,do I need more protein ? or more carbs for energy,because seems like I be pretty low on energy???

you will get some responses if you break your diet up into a "meal by meal" format.

example:

Meal 1: 5 Egg Whites & Oatmeal
Meal 2: blah, blah.
Meal 3...

you get the picture.

Don't you get sick of tuna? I would switch up some of that tuna with chicken breast. You will get an equal protein intake and I think it's a bit healthier than all this tuna. But wait for some real diet gurus to reply on this one.

I dont realy consider myself much vegetarian ,but i pretty much never eat chicken or beef.
I would maybe consider eating chicken but their putting alot of growth altering drugs in chicken these days to make them grow alot faster that we consume while eating.
Guess Tuna is no better,but i rather have some mercury then what their pumping into the chickens.

Just what i heard,i could be wrong

Should i maybe consider doing carb cycling ?

Most people swear by chicken breast. It's a great source of protein, very little fat, and can be prepared dozens of ways.

holy crap thats a lot of tuna, wouldn't people around you be bothered by the smell?

probably makes you smell like you whacked it every couple hours
