Originally posted by Michael D Ok, I see what I did wrong. I forgot to multiply all the values(except for calories) by two when I figured in the 12" sub from Subway. When I did that, it made sense. I did eat 4100 calories. I was eating "lean" cubed steak and got 91 grams of fat from it alone. The sub wasn't much better as it came in at 56 grams. What kind of subs was Jared eating? lol Looks like this is going to be hard. I added up my food today and got 4358 calories with even more fat. It isn't unusual for me to eat like this and I have been for 25 years. But I am so inconsistent it might be half the next day. Chad, I don't have a prob with body fat. Not yet at least ![]() What are some good foods high in protein but super low in fat? I don't want to get all my protein from whey. |
