If I need 1851 calories a day with a ratio of 40/30/30%.
Would this be correct:
40% of 1851 = 185g protein
30% of 1851 = 138g carb
30% of 1851 = 61g fat

Thanks Prince, I see where I figured wrong now.
HoldDaMayo, I decide to go with that ratio after I read some articles and I think I saw it on here to, that's what most people go with when trying to lose body fat. Is their a better ratio to go with to lower body fat?
